First day. I like the idea that you can get a free bottle from the company, for reviewing. This will assist me in getting a full 2 months under my belt of trying this product. In the past I have done Hydroxycut, which worked for awhile, but seemed like I hit a stall. So far on my first day I already don't feel like snacking. I am a big snacker for sure. Again it is just my first day, so more to come.
Tea, specifically green tea, has been touted for its ability to boost metabolism. While tea does contain caffeine and catechins (natural antioxidants said to increase energy expenditure and burn fat), research shows mixed results regarding the use of tea for weight loss and weight maintenance. A 2009 meta-analysis published in the International Journal of Obesity linked catechins in tea to a modest—about three pounds over 12 weeks—weight loss. However, a more recent review study found drinking green tea was not associated with significant weight loss. And, since many studies used concentrations of catechins much greater than what you would get from drinking green tea, further research is needed to support claims of tea aiding in weight loss through increased metabolism. The upside? Drinking unsweetened tea does help keep you hydrated, which can assist with weight loss by preventing overeating caused by mistaking thirst for hunger.

This means less insulin was needed to keep the blood sugar response normal in these healthy individuals. I recommend "warming up" for 10-15 minutes as you slowly bring your heart rate up. Then work to keep that heart rate up for at LEAST 30 minutes. Usually a combination of, say, jogging with short 1-minute bursts of fast running, works beautifully as you challenge your body to go farther with each workout. Then, "cool down" for 10-15 minutes as you bring your heart rate back to normal. A heart monitor is the key here so you can keep track of your heart rate.

Hi Seema, in the meal plan most of the eggs are based in pancakes. They’re quite tough to replace as an individual ingredient, so instead of taking the pancakes for breakfast I’d choose a different breakfast (or two) from another day and make that twice. We do have pancakes without eggs (https://hurrythefoodup.com/vegan-banana-pancakes/) but they’re higher in calories and I wouldn’t neccessarily recommend them for weight loss). With the farmer’s hash you could definitely skip the egg, or add in some cottage cheese at the very end of cooking for a protein kick. The last egg is as a snack – just pick another snack instead. These recipes look great! I’m excited to try them. Just a comment on the weight loss thing: While it is true that consuming less calories than you burn up should lead to weight loss, eating anything you want to lose weight might not be the healthiest way to go. Many of the diets out there are a recipe for diseases, even though a person might lose weight while doing them. I’m sure you know that but it seemed worth mentioning considering what you wrote.
