Pros: People (genuine reviewers) have lost nearly 6 lbs in just 7 days of doing this cleanse! I loved the fact that it does not contain senna, so there is no laxative effect. I too lost weight but I won’t attribute that to this product alone. Overall – it is a great cleansing tea if you like stronger tea with caffeine, and you get a whole month supply (28 bags). Hi Seema, in the meal plan most of the eggs are based in pancakes. They’re quite tough to replace as an individual ingredient, so instead of taking the pancakes for breakfast I’d choose a different breakfast (or two) from another day and make that twice. We do have pancakes without eggs (https://hurrythefoodup.com/vegan-banana-pancakes/) but they’re higher in calories and I wouldn’t neccessarily recommend them for weight loss). With the farmer’s hash you could definitely skip the egg, or add in some cottage cheese at the very end of cooking for a protein kick. The last egg is as a snack – just pick another snack instead. DO drink a BOATLOAD of water. All those amazing fiber-rich foods you should eat need water to aid them in the job they need to do. Two-three glasses a day is NOT going to cut it for you. The range of your water intake should be 6-12 (8 ounce) glasses per day. Shoot for the lower range if you eat lots of water-rich fruits and veggies and smoothies, and the higher range if you don't.
